I am a former professional fighter with over 10 years of experience in Muay Thai/boxing/kickboxing. My speciality is teaching people the finer points of technique with proper punching, kicking, knees, and elbows for fitness, self-defense, learning, or if you would like to compete. No experience is needed to get started! I've worked with autistic clients, clients with Parkinson's disease, children as young as 8, amputees, and even an alien!
And if you're with the Secret Service please disregard that last entry.

This package gets you 4 sessions for the month. As a regiment, you can do 1 session per week on a steady, reoccurring time and day.
This package gets you 8 sessions for the month. As a regiment, you can do 2 sessions per week on a steady, reoccuring time and day.
This package gets you 12 sessions for the month. As a regiment, you can do 3 sessions per week on a steady, reoccurring time and day.
This is if you just want to purchase as you go and are unable to commit to a consistent reoccurring schedule
Small Group Training
Sidthilaw Muay Thai
Sidthilaw Muay Thai is a program of striking the competition team trains under. Classes are Monday-Thursday 6-7:30pm
Mondays and Tuesdays: technique and tactics
Wednesday: circuit class using different technique combos. (High cardio day)
Thursday: Gloves and shin guard day.
Friday: open mat 3-6pm
If you have aspirations to compete or if you want to just get into great shape by training alongside of fighters, then this is the plan for you.
